摘要
按一定配比将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、双季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、二氧化钛、三聚氰胺,防锈填料混合均匀,然后加入乙酸丁酯溶剂,制备了防火防腐蚀涂料。结果表明:试样在较高浓度酸、碱、盐溶液中浸泡14天,表面没有出现开裂、脱落、气泡等现象,均完好无损,说明涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性能;试样经过60天的浸泡后,阻抗值一直大于1.00×10~9Ω/cm^2,可见涂层较致密,具有良好的抗渗透性;随着涂层厚度的增加,涂层阻燃时间延长;当涂层厚度为2.5 mm时,涂层的阻燃时间达65 min;涂层在750℃条件下的残炭率高达45%。
The painting performing well in fireproof and anti-corrosion was prepared by mixing the silicone-modified acrylic resin, dipentaerythritol, poly(ammonium phosphate), titanium dioxide, melamine,and antirust filler with certain proportion in solvent of butyl acetate. The results show that there is no cracking,loss, and bubbles in the surface of the sample before the sample is soaked in solution such as acid, alkali,and salt at high concentrations for 14 days, which represents the coating has good corrosion resistance; theresistance of the sample has been larger than 1.00×109Ω/cm2 when immersing in solutions for 60 days, which means the coating is dense with good anti-permeability; the fire-retardant time of the coating prolongs with the increasing of the thickness of coating; when the thickness of coating reaches 2.5 mm, the time of fire-retardant is up to 65 minutes; the carbon residue of coating is 45% at 750 ℃.
