摘要
在线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)装置上采用气相法生产工艺,以1-丁烯为共聚单体,生产注塑成型用高熔体流动速率(MFR)LLDPE DNDA 8320。DNDA 8320的MFR为15.0~25.0 g/10 min,密度为0.921~0.927 g/cm^3,拉伸屈服应力≥7 MPa,断裂标称应变≥80%。与采用相同工艺生产的注塑成型专用高密度聚乙烯DMDA 8008相比,DNDA 8320的密度低、MFR高,加工流动性好。采用DNDA 8320注塑成型周转箱,力学性能均满足行业标准和用户要求。
Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)with high melt flow rate(MFR)for plastic injection molding, DNDA 8320, is produced by gas phase process with 1-butene as comonomer. The MFR of the product is 15.0-25.0 g/10 min, whose density is 0.921-0.927 g/cm3, the tensile and yield stress is larger than 7 MPa, as well as the fracture strain over 80%. The product features lower density, higher MFR, and better processing flowability, in contrast with the high density polyethylene DMDA 8008 fabricated by same process.The mechanical properties of turnover box made from DNDA 8320 via plastic injection molding have met the requirements of customers and industrial standards.
