摘要
针对动能弹发射过程中易对整个装置各构件的强度造成破坏的问题,研发一种模拟发射装置。分析动能弹发射器装置组成及俯仰门架受力,运用有限元的方法,对模拟装置的俯仰门架进行静/动态的设计及分析。通过静态分析(刚度和强度分析)得到俯仰门架在静载荷作用下产生的最大位移及最大应力,并通过动态分析了解其动态性能。分析结果表明:该设计能使俯仰门架满足动能弹模拟发射装置需要,并为其他构件的设计提供了有益的参考。
In view of the problem that the strength of each component of the whole device is easy to be destroyed duringthe launch of the kinetic energy projectile, so a kind of simulation launching device is developed. Through the analysis ofkinetic energy projectile Launcher device and pitching force, and using the finite element method simulation of static anddynamic device pitch frame design and analysis. Through static analysis (stiffness and strength analysis), the maximumdisplacement and maximum stress of the pitch door frame under static load are obtained, and the dynamic performance isobtained through the dynamic analysis. The analysis results show that the design can satisfy the needs of the launch deviceof the kinetic energy projectile, and provide a useful reference for other components.
