摘要
搭扣配合在塑胶产品中的应用非常广泛,搭扣配合可以在不使用粘合剂或铆接等方法的情况下实现塑胶零件之间的连接紧固。文中阐明了悬臂搭扣、环形搭扣和扭转搭扣3种搭扣配合形式,并通过对这3种搭扣配合形式的基本设计要点进行归纳总结,提炼具体参数,为塑胶件搭扣设计提供理论基础,达到降低制造模具过程中模具返修率的目的。
Snap fit is widely used in the plastic products. Snap fit can realize fastening connection among the plasticparts without the use of an adhesive or caulking. The paper introduces 3 snap fit forms, including the boom snap, the snapring, and the snap-fit twist clasp. Through these 3 forms of snap fit, summarize the basic design elements, extract specificparameters, provide a theoretical basis for the design of plastic parts snap fit, and reduce mould repair rate in mouldmanufacturing process.
