基于诊所式教学方法的法理学课程教学改革探讨

Study on the reforming of jurisprudence curriculum teaching based on the clinic teaching method

现行本科法理学课程教学存在课程设置不合理、教材混乱、讲授内容不一、教学模式和考核模式比较单一等问题。因此,应该对法理学的课程教学进行改革。对法理学的课程教学改革,可以通过改变法理学课程的设置和考核方式,改变课程教学理念,以及重视课堂教学模式的改革,在教学过程中灵活运用诊所式教学方法的形式展开。

There are a few problems in current jurisprudence teaching for undergraduates, eg. unreasonable curriculum setting,confused teaching materials, different teaching contents, unitary teaching and assessment mode. Hence, jurisprudence course teaching needs to be reformed￡? through altering jurisprudence curriculum setting and assessment mode, changing teaching ideas, and emphasizing the reform of classroom teaching mode, and flexible using the clinic teaching methods in class room teaching.
