高瓦斯低透单一厚煤层工作面巷道布置方式优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对高瓦斯低透单一厚煤层工作面瓦斯涌出强度大、局部区域易造成瓦斯积聚问题,采用理论分析、现场观测和数值模拟等手段,对不同巷道布置方式适应性进行了系统分析。研究表明:多巷布置方式存在巷道掘进率高、资源采出率低、上隅角瓦斯易超限问题,基于高可靠性混凝土沿空留巷技术和高抽巷高效抽采技术提出了"两进一回Y型通风+高抽巷"巷道布置模式,现场应用表明,该布置方式可实现无煤柱开采,解决了上隅角瓦斯超限和采空区瓦斯大量涌出问题,为国内其他类似条件煤层开采提供了良好借鉴。 To the problems of methane accumulation in some local region that induced ultra high gas emission of high gas and low permeabilitysingle coal seam working face, then the adaption of different roadway layout style were analyzed by theory analysis, field observationand numerical simulation and so on. The results showed that some problems appeared in multiple roadways layout style, whichis about roadway driving rate is high, resource recovery ratio is low and gas in upper corner is overrun easily, based on high reliabilitycement retaining roadways along goaf technology and high effect drainage technology high level suction roadway, then the roadway layoutstyle of ‘two intakes and one return ‘Y’ style ventilation and high level suction roadway’ was put forward, the field practicalshowed that non coal pillar mining would be realized, and the problems that methane overrun in upper corner and methane emissionlargely in goaf were solved, it references for other similar situation in home.
