摘要
为解决坚硬顶板在回采工作面初采时的技术难题,采用深孔预裂爆破技术进行工作面初次放顶的工业性试验。试验结果表明:深孔预裂爆破技术强制爆落的煤岩块基本可以充满支架后方的采空区,改变了顶板力学结构,有效减弱顶板初次来压时的动载冲击作用,避免飓风的形成,为类似条件下的煤层顶板控制提供了参考。
In order to solve the difficulty problem of harden roof during the first mining of working face, the industrial experiment offirst roof caving of working face with deep hole presplitting blasting was processed, the experimental results showed that the goaf behindsupports could be filled fully with coal and rock blocks that appeared after deep hole presplitting blasting, then the mechanical structuralof roof was changed, dynamic loading impacting was decreased effectively of first pressure of roof, hurricane in mine was stopped,it references for roof control in similar situation.
