两种不同抽采钻孔封孔工艺应用及效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对聚氨酯封孔袋和新型膨胀材料与聚氨酯封孔袋结合的"两堵一注"式封孔工艺的对比,得到在相同封孔工艺和抽采负压条件下,封孔深度为8m时,"两堵一注"式封孔工艺能够避免巷道扰动产生的裂隙卸压对抽采钻孔封孔段的影响,保证良好的抽采效果。在抽采负压和封孔深度相同的条件下,考察2种工艺的抽采效果,得知"两堵一注"式封孔工艺的瓦斯浓度始终高于聚氨酯式封孔工艺,尤其抽采后期瓦斯浓度高了1倍以上,封孔效果更好。 According comparison two different sealing process that polyurethane sealing bag and ‘two stopping and one injection’ sealingprocess with new expanding material and polyurethane sealing bag combined, under the same sealing process and drainage negativepressure condition, sealing depth is 8m, ‘two stopping and one injection’ sealing process could avoid influence to sealing section ofdrainage hole by fractures unloaded that generated by roadway deformation, and drainage effect could be assured. The drainage effect ofdifferent two process under the same condition of drainage negative pressure and sealing hole depth, the methane density was all largerwith ‘two stopping and one injection’ sealing process than polyurethane sealing process, methane destiny was improved one time at thelast step of drainage process, sealing results was good.
