研发投入产出效率研究-基于广东省普通高校、科研机构及企业的比较分析

Efficiency of the Input and Output in Scientific Research:an Comparative Analysis of Universities and Colleges,Scientific Research Institutes and Enterprises in Guangdong Province

为促进创新,广东省逐年加大科研投入的力度,有力地促进了科技成果的出现,但不同研究主体、不同时间的投入产出有不同的效率,运用典型相关分析及数据包络法基于2002—2013年度广东省科技统计年鉴的相关数据就普通高校、研究机构及企业三大主体的科研投入产出效率进行了比较分析,结果表明普通高校的综合效率高于科研机构及企业的综合效率,但都没有达到最优,同时,随着时间的推移科技投入产出效率呈现了递增趋势。

In order to promote scientific innovation,Guangdong Province has increased capital input into scientificresearch year by year,which greatly promotes the emergence of scientific and technological achievements. However,theinput and output of the different research bodies have different efficiency. Based on the data from Statistical Yearbooksof Science and Technology of Guangdong Province(2002-2013),this paper adopted canonical correlation analysisand data envelopment analysis(DEA),and carried out a comparative analysis of research input and output efficiency ofuniversities and colleges,scientific research institutes and enterprises. The results show that the comprehensive efficiencyof universities and colleges is higher than that of the scientific research institutes and enterprises. Although, the input andoutput efficiency is raising in recently years,there is still room for improvement in all three research bodies.
