摘要
顺德在职业教育改革进程中运用了大量治理工具。在治理工具的运用过程中,顺德的经验一是多管齐下,综合运用各类治理工具推进职业教育改革;二是软硬兼施,推动职业教育改革目标的实现;三是新旧融合,积极拓展治理工具的应用。借鉴顺德经验,我国地方政府可以通过推动治理工具从单一向多元转变、积极引入社会化、市场化等软工具、积极采用和创造新工具等三个方面推进职业教育治理工具的应用与发展。
During the vocational education reform,Shunde district government put into use multiple governing tools.In terms of the use of the aforementioned governing tools,Shunde district government has accumulated experiences inthe following areas:first,integrated use of various governing tools in an attempt to promote vocational education reform;second,combined use of "soft" and "hard" governing tools to ensure accomplishment of the goal in vocational educationreform; third,integrated use of both new and old governing tools for their expanded application. Drawing on the experiencesof Shunde,local governments of China can promote application and advancement of governing tools in vocational educationby adopting the following three approaches:diversification of governing tools in use,introduction of soft tools likecommunity-driven and marketized tools and active adoption and creation of new governing tools.
