城市轨道交通人才培养体系研究

Study on Talent Training System of Transit

伴随城市轨道交通的快速发展,城市轨道交通建设和运营技术及管理人才短缺问题日趋严重,建设及运营人员专业能力欠缺、知识结构单一、建设经验不足是制约城市轨道交通高速、安全、可靠及可持续发展的重要瓶颈。文章从高校、企业等角度分析了城市轨道交通人才培养现状,按照项目的生命周期、专业的划分方式、企业管理的层级、参建单位的任务分工4个方面对城市轨道交通人才培养体系和方案进行初步分析,最后给出城市轨道交通人才培养的合理化建议。

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, management talent shortage in urban rail transit construction and operation technology is becoming more and more serious. With lack of professional ability of construction and operation personnel, single-form of knowledge structure, lack of experience, it is a serious bottleneck restricting the urban rail transit construction of high speed, safety and reliability of sustainable development. Analysis of the current status of urban rail transit is made from the perspective of talent cultivation in universities and enterprises. Based on the four aspects of life cycle of the project, professional division, enterprise management level, the construction unit of the division of tasks on the urban rail transit system of personnel training program, a preliminary analysis is conducted. The paper gives some proper suggestions on the urban rail transit personnel training.
