架梁施工是铁路工程建设过程中的重要环节,针对架梁施工安全事故多发的现状,通过对2006年以来架梁施工安全事故的统计和原因分析,结合对架梁施工的调研情况,分析了目前铁路建设架梁施工的安全形势,提出了引入差异化监管理念、以主体责任的落实为监督检查重点、开展联合执法形成合力的监管建议。

The construction of girder is an important part of railway engineering construction work. On the present situation of the safety and many accidents in girder construction,through analyzing the statistics and reasons of the girder construction accidents since 2006, and also the survey of the construction of the girder, the paper makes an analysis of the current railway construction safety situation of the construction of girder, puts forward the proposals of use of different supervision philosophies, taking the introduction of the main responsibility as the focus of supervision and inspection, and carrying out joint enforcement force for supervision.
