摘要
从福州大学的学科特点和学科服务的进展出发,以LibQUAL+R的研究方法为基础设置指标维度,参考实证研究的结果,根据用户反馈情况构建适用于本校的学科服务绩效评价指标体系。并利用定量方法制定评分等级细则,增强指标的可操作性。
Based on characteristics of subjects of Fuzhou University and the progress of subject services, this paperdesigns indicators by employing the research method of LibQUAL+ R , refers to results of empirical studies, andaccording to uers′ feedback, constructs a subject service performance evaluation indicator system applicable to theFuzhou University. It also sets grading rules by using quantitative methods, which increases the operability of indicators.
