茎尖菜用甘薯新品种湘菜薯2号的选育及栽培技术

Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of a New Shoot-tips Vegetable Sweetpotato Variety Xiangcaishu No.2

湘菜薯2号是湖南省作物研究所于2009年以湘薯18集团杂交获得种子,再逐级选育而成,2016年3月经全国甘薯品种鉴定委员会鉴定通过。湘菜薯2号茎尖无茸毛,烫后颜色翠绿,微甜略有清香,带滑腻感。国家区试茎尖平均产量36 648.75 kg/hm^2,比对照福7-6增产9.4%。栽培时注意,栽插密度以180 000株/hm^2为宜,加强田间管理,插苗后及时中耕、除草、培土、防治病虫害,适时追施肥料。

Xiangcaishu No.2 was selected step by step from Xiangshu 18 group hybrid in 2009, through the selection and breeding, and identified by the National Sweet Potato Varieties Identification Committee in March 2016. It was stem glabrous, showed green color after boiling, sweet fragrance with creamy feel. The average stem yield was 36 648.75 kg/hm2, increased more than 9.4% compared with the control Fushu 7-6 in National Regional Trial. Pay attention to cultivation, planting density with 180 000 seedlings/hm2 is appropriate,strengthen field management, timely cultivation, weeding, ridging, pest control seedlings, and timely topdressing fertilizer.
