摘要
为研究清洗预膜施工工艺以及药剂使用配合情况,为水质调整提供理论基础。对循环水系统清洗预膜实例进行了节点分段,根据药剂投加浓度、水质运行数据、现场操作流程等数据收集比对,针对循环冷却水系统清洗预膜前后变化做动态分析。结果表明,历时17d的清洗预膜成功。但由于自来水总铁偏高,导致后续依靠大规模补排水调整水质手段失效,需做加药调整维持系统正常。
In order to research the construction technology for pre-membrane cleaning and coordination situation in the use of chemical, and to provide theoretical basis, the cleaning example sectioning was made to the pre-membrane of circulating water system, and based on the addition concentration of the chemicals, water quality data, site operation process, dynamic analysis was made to the changes before and after the pre-membrane cleaning.. The Result showed that, the pre-membrane cleaning which lasted 17 days is successful. However, because the total iron in the tap-water is on the high side which led to failure of the measures which rely on large-scale water addition and supplementation, so it is necessary to make chemicals addition adjustment to keep the system normal.
