A FDPE plant uses gas phase fluidized bed production process for production of a resin specially used for 4 L purified water PE film, its grade is DMDH 6400. This product’s melt flow rate is 58~62 g/10 min, density is equal than 0.958 g/cm3,tensile yield stress is no less than 21 MPa, tensile stress at break is no less than 7 MPa, nominal strain at break is 350%. Through processing and application, all its technical specifications, such as the odor test, drop resistance performance, pressure test, fish-eye detection meet requirement, and product quality is equivalent to those of the same grade.
