摘要
聚合釜的搅拌装置的动力源是置于上方的电动机,其通过减速机和输出轴相连,带动固定在轴上的叶轮进行旋转。通过观察聚合釜内的物料流动状态,对影响聚合反应转化率的因素进行了分析,通过控制搅拌转速、改变聚合釜内进料方向实现了工艺优化。
The power source of the polymerizer’s agitation equipment is the motor located above, which is connected to the output shaft through speed reducer, and drives the impeller that is fixed to the shaft to rotate. By observation of material flow status in the polymerizer, analysis was made to the factors influencing polymerization reaction conversion rate. By controlling the agitation rotation, feeding direction in the polymerizer was changed and process optimization was realized.
