摘要 某石化公司热电厂吸收塔高100m净重541t,由于热电厂改造场地狭小且工期紧,只有打破传统施工方法,才能按期完成该吸收塔安装。通过技术人员反复论证,决定创新施工方法,采用新工艺,即倒装和正装相结合的方法进行安装。该工艺缩短一半工期,降低成本,而且该项技术的创新运用,具有一定的推广价值。 The absorption tower of the thermal power plant of a Petrochemical company is 100 m in height and 541 t in net weight.Because the job site was narrow and the time limit was tight, only by breaking the traditional construction method, could the adsorption tower installation be finished on schedule. Through repeated demonstration of technical personnel, it was decided to create new construction method and adopt new technology that was to carry out the installation by combination of inverted assembly and normal assembly orders, which not only shortened construction period by half, but also reduced the cost. The innovative application of the technology has a far reaching application value.
