QF-25-2型发电机电刷过热原因分析与处理方案

摘要 文中分析了发电机组由于集电环表面凸凹不平、同心度不好、电刷与刷握配合不合理、电刷混用或误用、电刷压力调整不当、刷握集电环表面油污大、运行时产生气垫等致使集电环过热、电刷打火的原因。针对不同原因,制定了相应的处理方法和预防措施,解决了发电机集电环过热、电刷打火设备问题,保证了装置可靠运行。 This paper analyzed the causes for roughness and unevenness in collecting ring surface, poor concentricity of collecting ring, improper holding and mixed use or misuse of brushes, improper modification of brush pressure, serious oil contamination in brush holder collecting ring surface, air cushion’s generation which caused collecting ring overheating and brush igniting. Based on different causes, relevant treatment methods and preventive measures were set out, which solved the problem of generator collecting ring overheating and brush igniting, and ensured reliable plant operation.
