摘要
流化床反应器生产丙烯腈工艺目前仍然是世界上的主流技术,丙烯、氨和空气在催化剂的作用下生产丙烯腈。反应过程中进料的稳定性决定了反应产物的质量,通过优化反应进料控制,可以实现在温度变化的情况下自动调整进料,增强了系统运行效果。
At present, the process of acrylonitrile production in fluidized bed reactor is still the mainstream technology in the world. Propylene, ammonia and air react in fluidized bed in the presence of catalyst. In the process of reaction, feeding stability determines the quality of the reaction product. By optimizing complex control of the reaction feeding, automatic feeding adjustment can be realized under the condition of temperature variation, and the system operation effect is enhanced.
