摘要
文中提出了油气计量标准化管理质量评价的技术思路。从人因、物因、工程、管理4个方面探讨了油气计量标准化管理质量的客观因素,选取指标体系法对油气计量标准化管理的质量进行评价,通过案例分析验证了油气计量标准化管理质量评价的实用性。
This paper put forward technical approaches to the quality evaluation of standardization management of oil & gas metering. The objective external causes of oil & gas metering standardization management quality was discussed from 4 aspects of human factor, substance factor, engineering and management, indicator system method was selected to made evaluation of the quality of oil & gas metering standardization management, and the practicality of quality evaluation of oil & gas metering standardization management was verified by case analysis.
