摘要
该论文研究了一种应用于桥梁支座更换的同步顶升系统。通过设计液压控制系统和控制策略,使顶升千斤顶的同步精度达到±0.5mm,避免了桥面板在顶升或下降过程中桥面板开裂风险。同时在落梁过程中,设备可有效地托住桥面板缓慢下降,速度可控,杜绝安全隐患。研究结果对实现桥梁支座更换之安全生产具有重要意义。
In this paper, a synchronous lifting system is studied, which is applied to bridge bearing replacement. Through the design of the hydraulic control system and control strategies,the synchronous precision of jack is up to ± 0.5mm,the cracking risk of the bridge deck in the process of lifting or descending is avoided.In the process ofthe bridge deck descending,the equipment can effectively support the bridge deck to slow down ,and the bridge deck down speed can be controlled,to put an end tohidden danger. The research achievement have important significance for the safety production of bridge bearing replacement.
