摘要
《食品安全质量管理》是包头轻工职业技术学院食品药品工程学院食品加工技术专业的优质核心课程之一,传统的教学方法已经不适应人才培养的要求,无法满足教学的需要,因此推进该课程教育教学方法的改革势在必行。该论文从课程设置、教学方法、教学评价三个方面探讨了课程改革的思路,经过不断地教学实践,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food safety management quality is our food processing technology and professional quality is one of the corecurriculum, the traditional teaching method has not adapt to the requirement of talent training, unable to meet the needs ofteaching, thus promoting the course of the reform of the education teaching methods. In this paper, from the curriculum,teaching methods, teaching evaluation and so on three aspects discusses the ideas of curriculum reform, through teachingpractice unceasingly, has obtained the good teaching effect.
