摘要
以低含氢硅油与烯丙基缩水甘油醚、烯丙醇聚氧烷基醚和二乙胺为原料,经过硅氢加成反应和胺化反应合成氨基/聚醚双官能团聚硅氧烷。将氨基、聚醚基团嫁接到聚硅氧烷中可以赋予织物良好的柔软性、亲水性和抗静电性,并应用于涤棉混纺品的后整理工序,得到十分满意的效果。
Hydrophilic textile finishing agent was synthesized by hydrosilylation and amination reaction, with low hydrogen-containing silicone oil, allyl glycidyl ether, allyl alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether and ethylenediamine as raw materials.The hydrophilic and antistatic property of the textile fifer could be improved by introducing polyether functional groups to polysiloxan, and the method could be applied to polyester cotton blended product. By comparing the application of amino silicone emulsion, this agent could make the textile softer, smoother, more hydrophilic and antistatic.
