摘要
从罐式集装箱的主体材料、整体结构、制造工艺、使用条件等方面介绍罐式集装箱的设计过程。该罐式集装箱是一款大容积、轻自重的液化气体罐式集装箱,减轻罐式集装箱自重是降低产品成本、提高运输效率、降低吨公里成本的最有效措施。该项目的研究着重在减轻罐式集装箱质量和提高装载质量。
The design process of tank container is introduced from the body of the tank container material, the overall structure, manufacturing process, conditions of use and so on. The tank container is a large volume, light weight of tank container for liquefied gas, reducing the dead weight of tank container is the most effective measures of reduce the product cost, improve the efficiency of transportation, reduce the cost per ton kilometer.
