摘要
火电建设工程具有突出的行业特点,技术密集、质量安全要求高、配套设备多、协作单位多,强化工程管理创新显得尤为重要。"七化"管理模式是在景德镇发电厂"上大压小"工程建设过程中不断总结、提炼而成的工程管理创新成果,并在实践中取得了良好成效,对电力建设工程管理发挥了积极的示范作用。
Intensive techniques, high quality and safety requirements, more supporting equipment and more collaborativeunits, with these outstanding characteristics of the thermal power plant construction projects, strengthening projectmanagement innovation is particularly important. "Seven-ization" management mode is a management innovationachievements in the process of construction on developing large units and suppressing small ones project of Jingdezhen PowerPlant that constantly summarized with good results in the practice, and plays a positive role model to management of electricpower construction.
