浅析以粉煤灰为原料制备产氢铝镓合金的可行性 被引量:2

摘要 氢能作为一种高效、清洁的能源载体,被认为是最具发展潜力的二次能源,但如何妥善解决氢气的安全贮存和输运,是限制其大规模商业应用的关键。铝镓合金加水制氢的新技术,可以克服氢气的储存和运输两大障碍,具有广泛的发展和应用前景。由于镓资源紧缺且价格昂贵,是致使该项技术难以得到发展的核心问题。针对上述问题,本文分析了目前铝镓合金制氢技术的发展状况,提出了以内蒙古准格尔煤燃烧后的粉煤灰,作为原料提取铝、镓制备铝镓合金的技术思路,初步探讨了该项技术实施的可行性。 As a high efficiency and clean energy carrier,hydrogen energy is considered as the most develop?ing secondary energy,but the problems of how to solve hydrogen's safe restore and transportation is the keyof its large-scale commercial applications. The new technology of“Al-Ga alloy adds water to make hydro?gen”can overcome restore and transportation barriers,and has the wide prospect of development and applica?tion. The scarcity of gallium resources and expensive price are the core problem of restricting developmentof this technology. Aiming at the above problems,this article analyzes the present situation of Al-Ga alloymake hydrogen's development,and put forward the idea of extracting aluminum,gallium from the raw materi?als of fly ash after Jungar in Mongolia's burning to make Al-Ga alloy,discuss the feasibility of implement?ing this technology preliminarily.
