摘要
CFB燃烧技术是具有煤种适应性广、污染物排放易于控制、负荷调节性好等诸多优点的清洁煤技术,近年来朝着高参数、大容量方向发展。为掌握600MW超临界CFB锅炉大比例掺烧非设计煤种对燃烧稳定性、设备可靠性和主要污染物排放特性的影响,进行了设计煤中掺烧不同比例神华煤的实炉对比燃烧试验。研究试验结果表明,超临界CFB锅炉掺烧60%神华煤锅炉仍能够稳定可靠运行,锅炉热效率平均达90%,过热蒸汽和再热蒸汽参数满足设计要求,SO2排放值能够控制在300mg/m3以下,NOX排放值能够控制在200mg/m3以下。
CFB combustion technology is a clean-coal technology which has many advantages such as exten?sive coal adaptability,easily controlled pollutant emission and good load performance,developing in the di?rection of high parameter and large capacity in recent years. In order to grasp the influence of 600MWCFB supercritical CFB boiler large proportion co-combustion non-designed coal on the stability of combus?tion,reliability of equipments and the discharge characteristics of main pollutants,the test of designing cocombustionof different proportion shenhua coal's real furnace combustion is conducted. The results showthat the supercritical CFB boiler operation maintains stable and reliable when 60% shenhua coal is co-com?busted. The average boiler efficiency exceeds 90%. The parameters of superheated steam and reheated steamcould satisfy the design requirements. The emission of SO2 is below 300mg/Nm3 and the emission of NOx isbelow 200mg/Nm3.
