摘要
本文以国外工艺技术引进方的视角,根据实际工程经验,从许可、交付物、价格和支付、性能考核及验收、专利侵权赔偿、改进、各类责任限额7个方面阐述了技术许可合同商务谈判的重点和策略。
From the angle of party who introduces the foreign technology, this article clarifies the keypoints and strategies of technology licensing agreement business negotiation from licensing, deliverables,price and payment, performance test and acceptance, patent infringement compensation, improvement andall kinds of liability limits,etc. seven aspects according to practical engineering experience.
