摘要
甘泉铁路防震落梁采用三角支架措施,施工时需将锚固角钢埋入墩顶托盘顶部的预留孔内,由于施工单位在部分地段安装时,未能有效处理孔内积水,导致桥墩墩顶托盘出现冻胀裂缝及防震落梁支架孔冻胀上浮。为防止病害进一步发展,确保铁路正常运营,甘泉铁路公司对冻裂托盘进行评估,并制定针对性的处置方案,有效防止病害发展,延长结构使用寿命。
Gansu Railway shock-proof beam using triangle support measures so that the steel anchor angleshould be buried in at the reserved hole of the tray of the pier top,since the construction unit failed to ef?fectively deal with water hole in some sections of the installation,leading the tray of the pier top appearfrost heaving cracks and shock beam falling support hole. To prevent the further development of frost heavefloating and to ensure the normal operation of the railway,Ganquan Railway Company evaluates the crackedtray,and makes the targeted disposal program,which effectively prevents the development of disease,andprolong the service life of the structure.
