摘要 针对神华国华三河发电有限责任公司(以下简称"三河电厂")350MW燃煤机组粉尘排放浓度达不到国家燃气标准的问题,介绍了在湿法脱硫后加装柔性布湿式电除尘,分析研究了湿式电除尘运行中存在的问题,对存在的问题提供解决策略,实现机组正常运行时粉尘排放浓度小于5mg/Nm3近零排放的要求,对机组绿色环保改造具有借鉴意义。 As for the problem of 350MW coal-fired units dust emission concentration is not up to the nation?al standard of gas,that Shenhua Guohua Sanhe Power Generation Limited Liability Company (hereinafter re?ferred to as "Sanhe Power Plant") introduced installed the flexible cloth wet electrostatic precipitator afterwet FGD, and analyzes and studies the problems existing in the operation of wet electrostatic precipitatorand provide solving strategies to these existing problems,to achieve the requirements of the thermal powerplant dust emission concentration in 1.7-3.6mg/Nm3 near zero emissions in the normal operation,which givesreferences to the green environmental protection transformation of the units.
