摘要
目的:超声血流向量成像技术应用于测定血流黏滞摩擦引起的能量损耗,不仅能用于各种疾病心功能的评定,而且对肺动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣狭窄及反流等心血管疾病的病情评估、预后及治疗效果等方面有着广泛的临床应用价值。本文就VFM对于心腔内流体能量损耗的研究及进展做一综述。
Ultrasonic blood flow imaging technique was applied to measure the energy loss caused by viscous friction.It can beused not only for evaluation of various diseases of heart function,but also has wide clinical application value on pulmonary valvestenosis,aortic stenosis and regurgitation of cardiovascular disease,prognosis and therapeutic effect evaluation.In this paper,wereview the research and progress of VFM on the energy loss of the fluid in the heart cavity.
