摘要 急性心肌梗死是一种常见的临床急症,病情较为凶险,对患者的生命安全产生严重的威胁。在急性心肌梗死治疗中,冠脉无复流现象对患者预后有较大影响。本文分析冠脉无复流现象的临床研究进展,为临床提供探讨。 Acute myocardial infarction is a common clinical emergency.The condition is more dangerous.It caused a seriousthreat to the life safety of patients.In the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,the coronary no-reflow phenomenon has a greatinfluence on the prognosis of patients.This paper analyzes the progress of clinical research of coronary no-reflow phenomenon,toprovide discuss for clinic.
