目的:探讨2016年9月门诊处方的质量及门诊用药基本情况。方法:对2016年9月门诊处方2 919张进行审查。结果:处方合格率96%。结论:每月开展处方分析可明显提高门诊处方质量。

Objective:To investigate the quality of outpatient prescriptions and the basic situation of drug use in outpatientdepartment in September 2016.Methods:2 919 pieces of outpatient prescriptions in September 2016 were reviewed.Results:Thequalified rate of prescription was 96% .Conclusion:The monthly prescription analysis could improve the quality of outpatientprescriptions.
