以便秘为表现的缺血性结肠炎14例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 14 patients with ischemic colitis with constipation for the performance

目的:对临床表现为便秘的老年缺血性结肠炎患者进行诊疗探讨。方法:收治以便秘为主要临床表现的缺血性结肠炎患者14例,对其临床特点、内镜表现及诊治进行分析。结果:本组患者均为老年便秘患者,且多伴有心脑血管疾病、高血脂或腹部手术史等其他相关基础疾病。经过相关内科保守治疗后预后良好。结论:老年缺血性结肠炎患者可无典型的临床表现,而以便秘为表现,此时易发生误诊、误治,延误治疗。早期行结肠镜检查有助于及时诊断和治疗。

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic colitis in elderly patients with clinical manifestationsof constipation.Methods:A total of 14 cases with constipation as the main clinical manifestations of the clinical characteristics ofischemic colitis,endoscopic manifestation and diagnosis and treatment were reviewed.Results:The patients in this group were allelderly patients with constipation,and associated with disease of heart head blood-vessel,high cholesterol,or history of abdominalsurgery,and other related basic diseases.After related medical conservative treatment the prognosis was good.Conclusion:Elderlypatients with ischemic colitis may be no typical clinical manifestations,and to constipation for the performance,at this point proneto misdiagnosis,mistreatment,delay treatment.Early colonoscopy is helpful in the timely diagnosis and treatment.
