系统骨质疏松治疗老年骨折患者二次骨折的疗效观察

Clinical effect of systemic osteoporosis treatment for second fractures of elderly patients with fracture

目的:探讨系统骨质疏松治疗对老年骨折患者二次骨折发生率与死亡率的影响。方法:收治老年骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上采用系统骨质疏松治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组组间术后再次发生骨折时间和骨密度T值的结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组二次骨折发生率及死亡率显著高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年骨折患者实施系统骨质疏松治疗,可有效降低二次骨折发生率及死亡率。

Objective:To explore the influence of systemic osteoporosis treatment for the incidence and mortality of secondfractures in elderly patients with fracture.Methods:60 elderly patients with fracture were selected.They were randomly divided intothe control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group wastreated with systemic osteoporosis treatment on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in the outcomes of the second fracture time and the T value of bonemineral density of the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group,the incidence and mortality of the second fractures weresignificantly higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systemic osteoporosis treatment for elderlypatients with fracture can effectively reduce the incidence of second fractures and mortality.
