儿童异常瞬目256例临床观察

Clinical observation on 256 cases of children with abnormal blinking

目的:探讨儿童异常瞬目的常见原因及个性化治疗疗效。方法:对256例异常瞬目儿童进行问诊,并进行屈光不正、裂隙灯眼前节、泪液破裂试验检查。结果:过敏性结膜炎131例,慢性结膜炎、慢性角结膜炎、睑板腺功能障碍42例,泪膜破裂试验(+)29例,屈光不正28例,合并小儿抽动症11例,检查未见明显异常15例。结论:儿童瞬目在眼科门诊常见,在诊疗过程中更应注重病史的询问、采集,并根据检查结果对症治疗,均能获得较为满意的治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the common causes and individualized curative effect in the treatment of children withabnormal blinking.Methods:256 children with abnormal blinking were selected.They were undertake diagnosis throughinterrogation,and also taken with ametropia,slitlamp examination,tear rupture test.Results:131 cases with allergic conjunctivitis,42cases of chronic conjunctivitis,chronic conjunctivitis,meibomian gland dysfunction,29 cases with tear film rupture test(+),28 casesof children with ametropia,11 cases with tourette's syndrome,and 15 cases showed no obvious abnormalities through theexaminations.Conclusion:Children blink is common in ophthalmic clinic.We should pay more attention to the history of thetreatment process of inquiry,collection,and given symptomatic treatment according to the examination results,in order to obtainsatisfactory treatment effect.
