不同程度根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of different levels of root canal filling in the treatment of patients with dental pulp disease

目的:探讨不同程度的根管填充治疗对牙体牙髓病患者的疗效。方法:收治牙体牙髓病患者150例,随机分为3组,比较3组治疗有效率及疼痛情况。结果:适量填充组治疗总有效率明显高于欠量填充组、超量填充组,疼痛率明显低于欠量填充组、超量填充组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:适量的根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者的有效率较高,能有效减轻患者的疼痛。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of different levels of root canal filling in the treatment of patients withdental pulp disease.Methods:150 cases of patients with dental pulp disease were divided into three groups randomly,and thetreatment effective rate and the pain of the three groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the moderatefilling group was significantly higher than that of the less filling group;the excessive filling group,incidence of pain wassignificantly lower than that of the less filling group,the excessive filling group;the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moderate root canal filling in the treatment of patients with dental pulp disease had higher effective rate andcould reduce the pain of patients effectively.
