荷丹片治疗高脂血症疗效观察与中医辨证分型研究

Observation on the curative effect of hedan tablet in treating hyperlipidemia and study on dialectic classification of dialectical typing of traditional chinese medicine

目的:探讨荷丹片治疗高脂血症疗效与中医辨证分型关系。方法:对门诊诊断为高脂血症120例病例进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗总有效率88.33%;辨证分5型,痰浊瘀阻型70例(58.3%),肝肾阴虚型16例(13.3%),气血瘀滞型14例(11.7%),湿热壅滞12例(10%),脾肾两虚型8例(6.7%);其中对痰浊瘀阻型最为有效。结论:荷丹片对高脂血症有效,对痰浊瘀阻型疗效更为明显。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of hedan tablet in treating hyperlipidemia and study on dialecticclassification of dialectical typing of traditional chinese medicine.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out on 120 cases ofhyperlipidemia in outpatient department.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 88.33%.There were 5 types of syndromedifferentiation,phlegm and blood stasis type in 70 cases(58.3% ),16 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency(13.3% ),the blood stasistype in 14 cases(11.7% ),stagnation of damp-heat in 12 cases(10% ),spleen and kidney deficiency in 8 cases(6.7% ).The mosteffective was phlegm stasis type.Conclusion:Holland tablets is effective for hyperlipidemia,and the curative effect of phlegm turbidstasis type is more obvious.
