脊柱PNET的CT及MRI诊断

CT and MRI diagnosis of spinal PNET

目的:分析脊柱原始神经外胚层肿瘤的CT特征和MRI特征。方法:收治脊柱PNET患者5例,分析其影像学的特征。结果:PNET肿块均匀分布在髓外硬膜下,并且会对周围脊柱的骨质产生很大的破坏,其中4例患者出现囊变。结论:脊柱PNET分布在椎管内髓外硬膜下,呈现中等密度软组织肿块,容易发生囊变,其T1WI信号低,而T2WI呈现出等信号或者稍高信号。

Objective:To analyze the characteristic of CT and MRI for spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET).Methods:The imaging characteristic of 5 cases of patients with spinal PNET were analyzed.Results:The PNET mass was evenly distributedin the epidural space,and can produce great damage to the bone around the spine,in which 4 cases had cystic changes.Conclusion:Spinal PNET was distributed in the spinal epidural space and had soft tissue mass with moderate density,which was prone tocystic change,and T1WI signal was low and T2WI signal was equisignal or slightly higher.
