妊娠合并糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗分析

Clinical treatment analysis of pregnancy complicated with diabetes and gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠合并糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗效果。方法:收治妊娠合并糖尿病患者50例、妊娠期糖尿病患者50例,给予饮食护理、运动护理以及综合疗法,比较两组妊娠结局。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新生儿产后存活率100%。结论:妊娠期糖尿病和妊娠合并糖尿病会严重影响母婴的生命安全。早发现早治疗可以极大地降低各种并发症的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pregnancy complicated with diabetes and gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:50 cases of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes and 50 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellituswere given diet nursing,exercise nursing and comprehensive treatment.The pregnancy outcome of the two groups was compared.Results:The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the two groups after treatment were lower than beforetreatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The neonatal survival rate was 100% .Conclusion:Pregnancycomplicated with diabetes and gestational diabetes mellitus could affect the life safety of mother and infant seriously.Earlydetection and early treatment could reduce the incidence of complications greatly.
