个体化延续护理对改善高血压患者生存质量的效果

The effect of individualized continue nursing in the improvement of the survival quality of hypertension patients in cardiology

目的:分析个体化延续护理对改善高血压患者生存质量的临床效果。方法:将50例高血压患者随机分成两组,各25例。对照组给予一般常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予个体化延续护理干预。对比两组患者的生存质量评分及用药依从率。结果:观察组的用药依从率和生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对心内高血压患者应用个体化延续护理的效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of individualized continue nursing in the improvement of the survival quality ofhypertension patients in cardiology.Methods:50 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases ineach.The control group was given general routine nursing.The observation group was given individual continue nursingintervention on the basis of the control group.The survival quality score and medication compliance of the two groups werecompared.Results:The medication compliance and survival quality score of the observation group were significantly higher thanthose of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of individualized continue nursing for hypertension patients incardiology is significant.
