一次、二次复发性带状疱疹6例临床分析

Clinical analysis of once,secondary recurrent herpes zoster in 6 cases

目的:分析一次、二次复发性带状疱疹的治疗。方法:收治复发性带状疱疹患者6例,对所有患者均给予抗病毒、营养神经、调节免疫功能等治疗,观察疗效。结果:所有患者均预后良好,皮损痊愈,无后遗神经痛发生,达到临床治愈标准。结论:对复发性带状疱疹患者病情做出评估,早期干预治疗,减少病痛。

Objective:To analyze the treatment of once,secondary recurrent herpes zoster.Methods:6 patients with recurrent herpeszoster were selected.All patients were given anti viral,trophic nerve and regulating immune function treatment.The treatment effectwas observed.Results:All patients had good prognosis.The skin lesions were recurred.No postherpetic neuralgia occurred.Theyachieved clinical cure standard.Conclusion:The condition of patients with recurrent herpes zoster is evaluated.Early interventiontreatment can reduce the pain.
