摘要
目的:探讨多感官刺激治疗对改善儿童孤独症症状和发育水平的作用。方法:收治孤独症儿童80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用综合康复训练,试验组在综合康复训练基础上加用多感官刺激治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗6个月后,试验组的PEP-3评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组孤独症改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05),ABC量表评估结果显示,治疗后试验组分数降低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多感官刺激治疗能提高孤独症儿童各方面能力,明显改善孤独症儿童核心症状。
Objective:To explore the effect of multi sensory stimulation treatment on improving the symptoms and developmentlevel of children with autism.Methods:80 cases of children with autism were selected.They were randomly divided into theexperimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training.Theexperimental group was treated by multi sensory stimulation on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation training.We comparedthe therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the improvement of PEP-3 score in the experimentalgroup was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of autism in experimental group was significantlybetter than that in control group(P<0.05).ABC scale assessment results showed that,after treatment,the scores of the experimentalgroup were reduced,compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multisensory stimulation can improve the ability of all aspects of children with autism,and significantly improve the core symptoms ofchildren with autism.
