不同抗性马尾松无性系松材线虫病症状发展与松材线虫迁移、繁殖的关系 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索马尾松松材线虫病抗性机制,对广德20-5和广德34-1这两个具有不同松材线虫病抗性的7年生马尾松无性系接种了6 000头松材线虫,并分析接种1 d、5 d、9 d后两个无性系中症状的发展、松材线虫的数量和分布情况。结果发现,松材线虫的活动引起了这两个无性系的髓心的褐化和广德20-5针叶的枯萎,但褐化症状在广德34-1中较轻且扩散较慢,同时松材线虫在广德34-1中的繁殖和迁移速度也较广德20-5慢。表明广德34-1能抑制松材线虫在其体内迁移和繁殖,所以它对髓心褐化和针叶枯萎等松材线虫引起的症状表现出更高的抗性。 In this paper,in order to explore the pinewood nematodiasis-resistance mechanism,7-year-old Pinus massoniana clonesGuangde20-5and Guangde34-1with different nematodiasis resistance were selected and inoculated with6000pinewood nematodesand an analysis was made on the symptom development,number and distribution of nematodes in the clones1d、5d and9d afterinoculation.The results showed that the nematode activities caused pith browning in both of the clones and needle withering in Clone205,while the pith browning symptom was milder and spread more slowly in Clone34-1than in20-5and both the speeds of reproductionand migration of nematodes were slower in Clone34-1.It showed that compared with Clone20-5,Clone34-1could suppress internalreproduction and migration of nematodes and showed higher resistance to the symptoms induced by nematodes like pith browning andneedle withering.
