摘要
安徽省自1990年开始引进世界银行贷款来加快人工林发展,先后实施完成了世行贷款"国家造林项目""森林资源发展和保护项目""贫困地区林业发展项目"和"林业持续发展项目",正在实施"林业综合发展项目"。为保证项目建设目标的实现,增强科技对项目支撑力度,提高营造林技术水平,与项目同步开展了科技培训与推广,解决项目营造林生产中的关键和核心技术问题,较大地提高了项目建设水平。本文就科技推广的方法、成效及建议等进行了分析和探讨。
World bank loans have been introduced to Anhui Province for speeding up the development of planted forests since1990.Successively implemented and completed were the World Bank Loan National Afforestation Project(NAP),Forest Resource Developmentand Protection Project(FRDPP),Forestry Development in Poor Areas Project(FDPA)and Sustainable Forestry Development Project(SFDP),while the Integrated Forestry Development Project(IFDP)has been in operation.To ensure the achievement of the project goalsand enhance sci-tech support to improve the technical level for afforestation,the sci-tech training and promotion has been carried outsimultaneously with the project which could provide key and core techniques in the afforestation and greatly improved the projectconstruction level.In this paper,the methods,effects and suggestions for the sci-tech promotion were analyzed and discussed.
