摘要 间冷塔作为火力发电厂重要节水设计在北方地区广泛应用,间冷塔循环冷却水水质p H成为重要控制指标。主要研究分析了某电厂350 MW超临界机组间冷系统循环水p H值偏大的原因,并通过持续换水、小型试验、系统防腐等措施解决间冷水p H值偏高对系统铝材质腐蚀的影响,并有效将间冷水p H值控制在合理范围内,保证机组长期安全稳定运行。 As an important water saving design of thermal power plant, cooling tower iswidely used in North China, so pH value of the circulating cooling water in the inter-coolingtower becomes an important control indicator. The cause of excessively high pH value in thecirculating water of the inter-cooling system of the 350 MW supercritical generator units atsome power plant was mainly analyzed. By taking measures such as continuous water ex原change, small-scale experiments and system anti-corrosion, the effect of high pH on the alu原minum materials in the system was solved and the pH value was controlled within a reason原able range, which ensured long-term stable and safe operation of the power units.
