马堡煤矿厚煤层综放工作面煤与瓦斯共采技术研究 被引量:11

Research on Coal and Gas Co-extraction Technology in Thick Seam Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Mabu Mine

摘要 针对马堡煤矿15108综放工作面瓦斯含量高、邻近层瓦斯涌出量大,以及工作面瓦斯易超限的难题,采用UDEC数值模拟方法,研究了综放工作面采场覆岩裂隙演化规律,确定出采空区瓦斯富集区。基于此,提出应用大直径走向长钻孔结合常规本煤层交叉钻孔、采空区插管等瓦斯抽采技术,现场实践结果表明:大直径走向长钻孔可实现断裂带卸压瓦斯的高效抽采,工作面瓦斯抽采率达71.39%,安全高效生产原煤68.1万t,累计抽采瓦斯505万m3,实现了煤与瓦斯的共采。 Aiming at the problems of high gas content in 15108 fully mechanized caving face in Mabu Mine, large gasoutflow in the adjacent coal seam and the gas overrun in the working face, the UDEC numerical simulation method was used tostudy the evolution law, of the overburden rock fissures of the fully mechanized caving face and determine the gas abundant zonein the gob. Based on this, the gas drainage technologies by large-diameter long boreholes, traditional cross boreholes in theseam and pipe plug-in in the gob were put forward. The site application indicated that the use of large-diameter long boreholescan realized the efficient drainage of the pressure-released gas in the fractured zone, the gas drainage rate in the working facereached 71. 39% , 681 000 tons of raw coal were safely and efficiently mined and 5. 05 million cubic meters of gas wereextracted, the co-extraction of coal and gas was thus achieved.
