摘要
针对急倾斜煤层巷道受地质条件、围岩应力分布、破坏规律等因素影响呈现非对称性特征,造成巷道支护困难、变形规律复杂等问题,通过对现场巷道支护条件、破坏类型进行分析,提出巷道发生破坏造成多次返修的主要原因并不是巷道支护选型的问题,进而研究了巷道断面类型选择对巷道破坏的影响。对异形断面、拱形断面、斜边+弧形断面等3种巷道断面类型,进行了数值模拟分析,对形成巷道断面后围岩的应力分布、破坏情况进行分析,并对比其差异,得出斜边+弧形断面在急倾斜煤层巷道支护过程中,有其独特的承载作用,可有效缓解巷道应力的非对称性对巷道的破坏影响。
To counter the asymmetrical characteristics of the influence factors such as the geological conditions, thesurrounding rock stress distribution and breaking law subjected by the steep coal roadway, the difficult support of the roadw-ayand the complicated defor^nation law, analysis was conducted on them according to the support condition and the damage type ofthe roadw-ay, it was concluded that the main cause of the roadway destruction and maintenance was not the selection of theroadway support type, the selection of the roadway cross - section had the influence on the roadway damage. Numericalsimulation was carried out on three kinds of roadway cross-section, including the special-shaped cross-section, arch crosssectionand the hypotenuse-arc cross-section, and analysis was made on the surrounding rock stress distribution and breaking ofthe roadw-ay with a given cross-section, comparison was conducted on the difference between them, and it was concluded thatthe hypotenuse-arc cross section had its unique load-bearing role in the support of the steep roadway and could effectivelyalleviate the influence of the asymmetry of the roadway stress on the roadway damage.
