农村公共服务建设是我国公共服务体系建设中重要的组成部分,也是相对薄弱的部分。研究黑龙江省农村基层政府提供公共服务对策,有利于建设社会主义新农村,提高广大农民群众的素质,缩短城乡居民之间的差距,完善农村基础设施建设,增加黑龙江省农民收入,努力提高农民生活水平和质量。
